REGISTRATION
  • Remote access to all sessions
  • Up to 1 paper upload for presentation and publication (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s) and select the Author fee)
    Your submitted paper should be limited to 8 pages, but you can extend it for a maximum of 2 pages. Workshops paper is limited to 6 pages; shortpaper is limited to 5 pages. You can purchase maximum 2 extra pages per accepted paper.

  • All fees are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Please ensure you select the appropriate registration category based on your membership status and attendance format (in-person or virtual).
  • Author registration fee is mandatory in order to have your paper presented and published
  • Students may be required to provide evidence of full-time student status
  • For any further inquiries regarding registration fees, please contact the conference organizers at wi-iat2024@sit.kmutt.ac.th.
    • Please fill information carefully as this will be printed on your invoice and receipt. Change cannot be done after signed and dated.

    PAPER INFORMATION

  • Long paper should be limited to 8 pages. Workshops paper is limited to 6 pages; Short paper is limited to 5 pages in standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format (templates at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
    Extra page fee (max 2 per paper): 100 $ per page


    • METHOD OF PAYMENT

    Payment Methods:
  • Credit Card: The fees listed above are applicable for credit card payments.
  • Wire Bank Transfer: An additional processing fee of USD 25 will be applied to registrations paid via wire bank transfer. For instructions on wire transfer payments, please contact wi-iat2024@sit.kmutt.ac.th.
